Congratulations!!!

Good evening!  I hope everyone is having a great New Year!  I apologize for the delay in reaching out; I was waiting to conduct one final interview.  

If you are receiving this email you have been chosen to travel to Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany in June/July 2020!  Congratulations!!

What happens next?
1.  I will create a GroupMe.  Please look forward to that invitation.  If you do not receive it in a week, let me know.
2.  Please plan to attend our monthly meetings:
- January 21, 2020 - 7:00 pm - Country Meadows
- February 18, 2020 - 7:00 pm - Country Meadows
- March 17, 2020 - 6:30 pm - Escape Games
- April 21, 2020 - 7:00 pm - Country Meadows
- May 19, 2020 - 6:30 pm - Laser Alleys

At the January meeting, please be prepared with 2 separate checks - one for your nonrefundable deposit of $250 and one for the club membership.  Membership is $20 for student and 1 parent, or $40 for a family.  I'll have the membership forms on hand for you to fill out.  Checks can be made out to York Twinning Association.  

We will have the final amount of the trip at the January meeting, and remaining balance is due in 3 payments in February, March, and April.  
Country Meadows is at 2760 Pine Grove Road, York PA 17403.  We will be meeting in the Chapel.  Enter the main doors and proceed straight down the hall to the elevator.  Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.  Exit right, and take the first right, through a dining room type area into the chapel.
