Recap of Meeting

Hello!  As a recap of the meeting:

We reviewed the power point presentation, which detailed Social Media Requirements; House Guest Etiquette; Currency exchange, budgeting, and travel cards; Parent Prep Packets.  

Sub Sale:  Orders and money is due at the next meeting, 3/20/18, at Laser Alleys.  Make checks payable to JaNeene Powell, as I have to send the sub $ to R&K and the fundraising portion to YTA.  Your friends and family can make checks payable to you and you can write 1 check to me, or you can have them make the checks out to me.  When you submit your order forms to me, I do not need the copy that has your friends' and families' names - just provide me a summary sheet with how many of each sub you need.  Subs will be delivered toward the end of our April meeting.   I'll calculate the amount each student earned within 2 weeks of receiving the orders.  Here's the order form

Rita's Cards:  The Roberts ahve generously donated up to 300 cards to our traveling students.  These can be sold at $5 each and students get credit for the entire amount.  I will need to know how many cards you would like no later than March 16th​ so Mrs Roberts has enough time to get them to us.
